For parties of 2 or more people a valid credit card/debit card is required at the time of booking an appointment.
Emergencies do arise and we understand. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Please keep in mind that “No-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our therapists with empty appointment times as well as other guests that cannot get in but could have made it. Therefore a 100% charge will apply for failure to show without notice or same day cancellations. Email appointment cancellations are not accepted.
Check In/Late Arrivals
We suggest that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
Gratuities are accepted for exceptional services. Of course, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your personal satisfaction. Cash preferred.
Gift certificates are redeemable for services only. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of appointment. We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Parking (Brooklyn Location Only)
As with many areas in the city, street parking is the best bet. Please schedule for a few extra moments ahead of your treatment to allow for parking. Often, 2 hour metered street parking is available, but on high traffic times it can take a moment. There is also 24 hour public parking garage located directly next door to Uno Chicago Grill, which is half block away from our location.
Payments & Returns
Five Star Wellness accepts Cash, American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard and our gift certificates. There is $5 service fee applied for all credit card transactions. We do not accept personal checks. No refunds on gift cards, packages or series. Our session packages expire within 1 year period from the date of purchase. Prices are subject to change without further notice.
